I'm stuck and I need help. Is there anybody who can help me?

I think I understand what I hear but I don't know what to do with the two things. I have tried their names and their contents, too, in various combinations, to no avail. Is this the time I should use the clue?

To be honest, I don't expect a lot of help here because I have received none on the "The truth..." riddle either.

EDIT: Due to an unexpected flaw in the system, I got the whole riddle package. After some hesitation about whether it's the right thing to do or not, I decided to look into it and this is how I learned the solution. As it turned out, I did not understand correctly what I heard but it was the right thing to listen to. Had I understood it correctly, I still couldn't have solved the riddle because half of the answer would have been still missing. I'm disappointed but I'm still open to any help that tells me how to get that half of the answer.

EDIT: Thanks to bacchus, I received a hint for the missing part. My disappointment is over now as that missing part is simply beautiful. Wow!
